With the motto that customer benefits are the most important, VegGieg Official develops a warranty and return policy for customers as follows:
I. Warranty policy
A. Warranty period: from the date of purchase (based on delivery note)
All products: 18 months
B. Warranty conditions:
- Warranty scope: Nationwide
- Warranty period: calculated from the date of purchase and the device is warranted for free if there is still a warranty period and the company's delivery note.
- Warranty conditions: Warranty covers errors, failures, and technical problems caused by the manufacturer's fault.
- During the warranty period, we will replace products damaged due to manufacturer errors.
Cases not covered by warranty:
- The product has expired warranty period, no delivery note or warranty card, incomplete information, wrong product information
- The product is disassembled or repaired by the customer at will by an individual or technician who is not a VegGieg.com warranty staff.
- In case the ball is damaged due to improper transportation, installation, use or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
- In case of damage due to natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, volcano, tsunami,...) war.
- In case of damage due to mechanical impact, deformation, falling, impact, scratches, damage due to moisture, rust, or animal penetration.
- In case of using voltage below regulations, fire or explosion or due to accidental or intentional damage by humans
- In case of loss or damage of accessories such as: filter mesh, filter core, filter block, outer cover, trays, metal or plastic containers, switches, control buttons, light bulbs.
- In these cases, the user must bear all costs incurred during the process, repair and replacement (if any).
C. Warranty steps:

2. Services at the Warranty Center:
If customers are in Hanoi:
- Customers transport goods to VegGieg Official warranty center
- Notify the warranty center specifically about the machine's condition.
- Receive an appointment card from the warranty center
- Receive an appointment card from the warranty center.
- If the customer is in another situation:
- Please call to notify the warranty center about the machine's condition
- Transport goods to Hanoi warranty center
- The center will receive the goods, check the machine's condition and call to inform customers about the warranty period.
- The center will deliver the goods to customers at the address requested by the customer

- All warranty shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
- Must send the delivery note or warranty card with the product to the warranty center.

II. Return policy
Applicable to all VegGieg products, exchanged within 30 days in cases determined to be due to manufacturer errors: 1 for 1 (same model, same color, same capacity...).
In case the exchanged product is out of stock, the customer can exchange for another product in the same product group that has a value equal to or greater than the value of the defective product and meets the following conditions:
- Still have full delivery/warranty notes (if any) and accompanying accessories
- The product box is still complete (lost box will incur a fee of 2% of the invoice price).
- Loss of accessories will be charged according to the company's listed price list for each lost accessory.
- If the machine is scratched, a fee of 5% of the machine price on the invoice will be charged
In case the machine does not turn on or the error cannot be determined, it must be sent to the Warranty Center for evaluation before making a decision to exchange or return.
